This is a summary of a report about Millennials (born between the early 1980s and 1990s)in the work place who make up a huge part of our workforce but they seem to lack loyalty to the companies.
According to the survey, companies can engage and retain Millennials by providing them with a good work life balance and opportunities to solve social concerns. In addition creating a flexible work place  and offering help in continuing professional development are two other factors that companies might use to motivate this group of people. The surveys pointed out several recommendations for organisations, for example, monitoring Millennials work load and providing them with meaningful  works.
